These terms and conditions set out the rules for using BG Tips and any service you buy through it. In these terms, “BG Tips”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of this website. “You” and “your” mean the person using the site.
By using this website you accept these terms in full. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and that using this site is lawful where you live. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
Singular, plural and capitalised forms of the words above are interchangeable and mean the same thing.

BG Tips publishes betting selections and analysis. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any outcome, and nothing on it is financial advice.
Betting carries risk and you can lose money. Past results, including any results published on this site, are not a reliable guide to future results. You are responsible for every bet you place, for checking your own odds and stakes, and for staying within the law where you live.

Subscriptions And Contract Length
Monthly memberships renew every month until you cancel.
Other subscription periods. Annual tipster subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. Quarterly VIP subscriptions renew every three months after any introductory period. The amount, first billing date and renewal schedule are shown at checkout.
Lifetime VIP. Lifetime membership is available only for VIP and lasts for the lifetime of the BG Tips business, while the business continues to operate. It is a one-off payment with no recurring renewal. It does not mean the lifetime of the member. The available tipster line-up may change over time.
Cancelling. You can cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal to stop future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Manage Whop subscriptions through your Whop account. For ClickBank subscriptions, use your ClickBank receipt or contact support.
Refunds. BG Tips does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or discretionary refunds. Cancellation does not refund payments already made. This does not affect your statutory rights or any refund rights required by the payment provider used for your purchase. ClickBank purchases remain subject to ClickBank’s refund policy and the terms shown at its checkout.
Disclaimer
So far as the law allows, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this site and your use of it. That includes any implied warranty of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- limit or exclude our liability, or yours, for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- limit or exclude our liability, or yours, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- limit any liability in a way the law does not permit;
- exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
